government agencies with solutions for their various information technology
requirements and allow those agencies to procure the products and services they need.
This multiple award schedule grants agencies direct access to the commercial
experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community.

• Catalog Information Systems Vendor (CISV)
SES has a relationship with the State of Texas to use the Purchasing Program
called Catalog Information Systems Vendor (CISV). The purpose of the CISV Purchasing
Program is to allow qualified entities (state agencies and political subdivisions)
to purchase automated information systems products and/or services in an efficient,
cost effective, and competitive procurement method.

• USAMS
The USAMS BPA is a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the United states
Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM).
SES is one of six Prime BPA awardees. Our current Team includes 10
teaming partners: IBM, CIBER, Northrop Grumman Information Technology (NGIT),
bd Systems, ITT Industries (ITT), ARINC Incorporated, Ocean Systems Engineering
Corporation (OSEC), Booz-Allen Hamilton (BAH), Systems Research and
Applications Corporation (SRA) and MacAuley- Brown (MacB). SES provides
USSTRATCOM technical assistance to support development of strategy and doctrine;
long range planning; Integrated Priority List (IPL); necessary policies and
procedures; systems integration analyses and evaluation; war-gaming; logistics
support analysis and recommendations; documentation updates; and quick reaction
technical support for all mission areas and associated command, control and
communications systems.
• Alliant Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (Alliant SB GWAC)
Alliant SB Governmentwide Acquisition Contract
( GWAC) provides innovative Information
Technology (IT) solutions from small businesses. Alliant SB offers advantages
to pre-qualified small businesses by providing opportunities to compete amongst
a defined group of contract holders and a chance to develop their business
before moving into unrestricted acquisition environments. The Alliant SB
GWAC is designed to assist agencies in reaching their small business
procurement goals.
The Alliant Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract
(Alliant SB GWAC) is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery,
indefinite-quantity set-aside small business contract. The contract is
designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal
agencies while strengthening opportunities in federal contracting for small
businesses.
• TX Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) Contract - Contract # DIR-SDD-882
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) has recently established a deliverables-based
IT services (DBITS) contract with SES to provide information technology (IT) products
or services. Customers can now quickly and easily buy IT services from DIR-contracted
SES. Pricing is very competitive because SES can offer the state significant
discounts from their price lists, and those discounts apply to all DIR customers.
You are eligible to buy through DIR if you are a Texas state agency, public institution
of higher education, public school district, or other local government entity.
