Software Engineering Services (SES) is pleased to be selected as a provider of Deliverables-Based
Information Technology Services (DBITS) to all DIR Customers, including Texas State and
Local Governments, Texas School Districts and Institutions of Higher Education.
The DIR DBITS Go DIRect Program allows DIR customers to purchase
services directly from SES. Using this contract vehicle, DIR customers will
be able to obtain product and pricing information, as well as negotiate directly
with SES. This contract eliminates the requirements for separate RFOs or RFPs,
greatly reducing time in procuring and contracting for Deliverables-Based IT
services. The services that SES provides under this contract vehicle include:
- Application Development
- Information Technology Assessments and Planning
