Brief Description: The primary goal of this study was to
"Specify actionable options to replace the Strategic Automated Command and
Control System (SACCS) software development platform with a modern platform."
The secondary goal was to "Evaluate the current SACCS legacy system and to
present summary concepts for converting the SACCS legacy core system to a
modern architecture and technology in order to improve maintainability,
viability, and mission performance."
